## **Rolling Out Trek Learning: Keys to a Smooth Rollout**

1. **Start with a clear why:** Tie the rollout to a real need (saving teacher time, closing instructional gaps).
2. **Phase it in:** Think through how you'll work towards school-wide adoption, with checkpoints to adjust.
